I love the first day of the new year.  It's full of possibility.  Anticipation.  Kicking the dust of the past year off your shoes and moving forward.  It's a milestone you know you get to hit every year.

This particular year is chock full of amazing possibilities.  My son is going to graduate from 8th grade and move on to high school.  My daughter is working hard to figure out what she loves more: cooking or sewing.  And I'm stepping out and pursuing my plan to buy and sell properties as a real estate agent, in addition to continuing to broker mortgages and financing.

My friends and family are still a little confused about exactly what I do, so it's not surprising that my clients can be too.  In a nutshell, I can:
